Dunderberg Spiral Railway, Upper Tunnel Site, Jones Point, NY Had the Dunderberg Spiral Railway been completed, this is the view riders would have had upon exiting the Upper Tunnel. The Hudson River can be seen down in the valley in the distance. We can only imagine how thrilling it would have been to come hurtling out of the tunnel and be face-to-face with this spectacular view of the Hudson Valley!
