What Happened at White River Jct???

A couple of station signs is all that remains inside the space that was once the New England Transportation Museum at the White River Jct station. In January, everything was intact, but now the space is cleaned out. There was a permit sign tacked on the door and mentioned the combining of "Vital Communities and the New England Transportation Museum". Not sure exactly what that means, nor do I know what Vital Communities does, but they are located in a part of the station as well.
