401 got her lightning stripes on the short hood, leaving only the shutters on the engineer's side unstriped. Running boards and roof grating were also painted. Paint is now about 94.995% done, with lettering, some hand rails and steps, and the finishing touch-up work to do. Next week the paint should be finished except for lettering.
