NHN #3823 crossing Central Ave southbound

A blurry shot of NHN 3828 crossing Central Ave. The train pulled just beyond the roadway before stopping and reversing back into the Dover yard. I am guessing (as I don't have a radio scanner) that this is DOBO? Still learning...

Anyway, this week in particular is interesting as all train services are affected by the trackwork happening on the mainline; I've noticed that each night, the first northbound Downeaster reaches Dover around 8pm and then it's a freight frenzy through Dover southbound within literally 5 minutes of the Downeaster clearing the yard. It's been an interesting week to catch weird trains.
