SD39 #690 was part of the day's loaded coal train, today called PWBO. I'm assuming this is because the coal hoppers were the ones usually seen at Gardner MA, where Guilford/PanAm interchanges with the P&W. The train was heading up to Bow NH... thus PWBO... I guess...
