The second washout in Phoenicia, between MP 28.45 and MP 28.65, was partly repaired by the state/county between MP 28.55 and MP 28.65. However, the section between MP 28.45 and MP 28.55 is still washed out.

We plan to clear out the ROW in this area at some point next year to better assess the damage and potential repairs for the railroad. The rails in this section of the line lead into the creek on both ends, and we would like to remove these damaged rails next year.
