The EB&L had a bunch of Fox trucked flats and a few box cars as well as the log bunks in its fleet. This is likely to have been one of them. If so, they would have been used as commissary supply cars for the camps as well as transporting sheets of groundwood pulp from the Livermore Falls pulp mill to the paper mill in Lincoln.
