Very Early Electric Engine at Croton Harmon, NYThis locomotive spent most of its life underground as a Grand Central Terminal Switcher. It goes back to the early days of the New York Central electrification. It was supposed to haul a fan trip prior to retirement but was unable to do so. Instead it was put on display at Croton Harmon, NY on the day of the fan trip.
