HLCX 7701, a GP-60, was built for the Texas-Mexican Railway in October 1991 and later sold to Helms Leasing Company. Vermont Railway System leased and later purchased HLCX 7701 but apparently never repainted or renumbered the unit. This picture was taken at Vermont Railway's Burlington yard.
