RMNE's NH 2525

The 2525 at Maybrook, renumbered to 2685 by PC. The 2525 was destined to be a "tail-end Charlie" it seems. Last new locomotive purchased by the NH, renumbering by PC made it the last, and highest numbered, U25-B on the PC roster, and that carried over to Conrail. When we get her in running condition again, she may very well be the last U25-B running. Another bought slide from Bob's.

Photographed by The Houser Collection, October 5, 1969.
Added to the photo archive by Carl Weber Jr., May 18, 2004.
Railroad: Naugatuck Railroad.
