Now that train is mostly on the PRR line. The switch he is currently sitting on is the beginning of the Horn Connection (the shiny one). The PRR line is the rusty one. You will note another set of tracks in this photo. While I am not sure the owner prior to 1968, I'd guess AC&Y, maybe the original W&LE. In 1968 it was the N&W, until the early 80,s when it became NS. In 1990, it became the new W&LE (WE). In 95 or 97 (notes not handy) OHIC assumed operation of this track. It only runs about 5 miles to the west, where it comes off WE's Carrollton Branch.
