Just east of Jewett, Ohio we see the WE 350 heading westbound towards the connection with the Ohio Central in Jewett. To my back is the Ohio Central (Columbus & Ohio River) Panhandle line. It had been raining for quite some time (the left overs of Hurricane Isabel) but later got nice and sunny (only to cloud back up again).
