Rigby Switcher 7 (PO-7) proceeding on Approach indication at the East Limit of CPF 196 in Portland. Amtrak Downeaster No. 686 had just come off the Mountain Branch a few minutes before this photo. Switcher 7 is returning from Brunswick with 12 empty gondolas (these gondolas were used to haul ties to the Rockland Branch track project) and had MEC GP40 318 for power.
