Southbound Amtrak Downeaster No. 684 passing Winnock's Neck at MP 203.2. No. 684 encountered problems with block signals further west at Pine Point and Old Orchard. 684 had 69 people on board out of Portland and passed 203.2 at 1415 hrs (on time).
