This is a view of the engineer's control stand of LLPX GP40 #3202. In the center are the air gauges and the air horn handle. The radio would normally be below the IDU (telemetry device-we just received this unit, so the radio hasn't been installed yet), which is seen in the upper-left hand corner. The alerter can be seen in the upper-right hand corner of the photo.
