This meter gauge diesel was built for a narrow gauge line in Spain by Henschel and later bought used by the Chemin de Fer de la Provence (It isn't just Guilford that buys its locomotives used). At the time France Telecom was constructing a fiber optic line along the right of way and the freight is construction materials. This is at Pont Geuydon, France.
