As befitting the owner of a railroad as prosperous and dynamic as the Reading & Northern, the immaculately restored Black Diamond business car arrives Pittston on the OCS train on Friday before the 2102 excursion on the Lehigh. Andy Muller is on the platform of the car built in 1889 by ACF for Jay Gould's daughter Helen, a business woman and philanthropist. R&N acquired the car, now 135 years old(!), from the Morristown & Erie in 1996 and rebuilt it. Prior to the M&E, it had been in service of the Atlanta & Wets Point.
