Santa's "at the throttle" (figuratively) as the Vermont Railway's "Light The Way" train brings festive spirit to Manchester Vt. on Friday evening December 11. Making the rounds on the B&R leg of the statewide tour the train showcased its lights last night on the southbound trip originating in Rutland and ending in North Bennington. It will overnight in Manchester here on the Miles Lumber Company spur before heading farther north on Saturday.
