Tie work is also being done by Railworks on the Otis Industrial track out to at least the transfer station from what I have heard talking to Rail crews. It wasn't included in the original contract awarded so who knows where that fortunate funding came from. Was good to see it being done as Joint Base Cape Cod rail access will be stable well into the future.
