Norfolk Southern #4220 leads an eastbound unit oil train past CP Laurel on the north side of Reading, Pa. The unit is an AC44C6M, one of 250 such units NS is converting from its fleet of DC-transmission GE Dash-9s at its shops in Altoona, Pa. and Roanoke, Va.
