After catching #252 at West Richmondville, we jumped onto I-88 and shot down to the Belden Tunnel to catch 935 and 252.

We arrived just as 935 was clearing the tunnel and had no chance to get it on camera. But we "stuck around" for an hour to catch 252 come through. It was twilight, misting lightly and the temperature dropping. Oddly, the automatic tunnel door stayed up the whole time.

The name of the hamlet(?) is conveniently named "Tunnel", right down to the USPS Tunnel Post Office. And Belden Tunnel is an engineering landmark built in 1868!
