The "Quiet" 381 in Concord It's all quiet for MEC 381 and a small cut of cars behind the Market Basket and State Liquor Store in Concord. It turned out that the 381 was disabled and was towed southward with the 502 and crew later in the day. Photographed by Jay Gadon, July 6, 2012.
