Linwood Yard in North Carolina is one of Norfolk Southern's largest facilities, occupying a site north of the old Southern shops at Spencer in central NC. NS 9004 is a GE C40-9W. I shot this on an excellent tour of the Linwood facilities arranged by the R&LHS.
