Operator SF&L Railway was temporarily running over former TP&W "West End" with JTPX locomotive but was planning to salvage the line. Subsequently the STB returned the line to TP&W and required them to sell it to Pioneer Railcorp which now operates it as Keokuk Junction/Peoria & Western. Scanned from 35mm photo.
