The latest loaded Bow coal train, with NS C40-9W 9713, ex-Conrail C40-8W 8405, and NS C40-8 8697, sits on the main at East Deerfield awaiting a crew. The power from NAED (317/308) would later hook up to the trio of Norfolk Southern engines and pull them to the pit.
