Caught this car on an eastbound train through Newmarket NH today 8-20-06 at 13:50. It looks like trash containers but I have not seen any through here before. Anyone know where it may be heading or coming from. I believe it to be empty by the lack of compression on the springs. Not sure of the train symbol but I believe it could have been SEPO.
