Conrail's 64714 in West Springfield, Mass. Two Conrail flangers sit in the CSX yard in West Springfield, Massachusetts. One of them is CR 64714. Surprisingly this flanger is not as old as it looks as it was built in November 1978. Photographed by Ken Hawkins, October, 1999.
