Conrail B23-7

The grass is always greener......where trains don't routinely
run. A chemical plant in Fall River, MA still recieves
a large portion of its raw materials by rail. A local out of
Middleborough, MA handles the traffic and switches a small yard
located near the Fall River state pier about once a week.

Photographed by Joe Czapiga, July, 1995.
Added to the photo archive by Joe Czapiga, January 26, 1998.
Railroad: Conrail.
