Amtrak F40PH and Amtrak F40PH #280 and sister lead private car "Caritas" and Downeaster 684 westbound at Mountain Jct. Portland, ME. The F40's replaced the usual "Cabbage" on this end with a P40 idling on the other end. "Guests" at the Cumberland County Jail, in the background, get some good railfanning. Photographed by Asa T.
