Amtrak Train 137 Making Kingston Stop on Track 3 TodayAMTK 638 and AMTK 633 together lead train 137 to its Kingston stop on track 3 today, a very rare occurrence in recent months. A year or so ago train 137 was scheduled out of Providence far enough ahead of Acela train 2169 that it was standard for 137 to clear up at Kingston on track 3 and let 2169 fly by on track 1. Now it is due out just 1 minute ahead, and that simply does not happen.
Today a 6-minute late 137 left Providence 7 minutes ahead of a 12-minute train 2169 and cleared up in Kingston, like the good, old days
