While at Lock 10 Wednesday afternoon, along comes a solo unit pulling a cut of cars( most likely out of Rotterdam Junction ) and stopped at the signal at 173. Looking like a SD 40-2 with a porch but with flared radiators like a SD45. ?? OK, I have never seen a unit like this before. It is a SD40E3 Progress Rail rebuild in 12-2016 from SD40-2 CSXT 8130 formally SBD 8130.
