AMTK 130, the Heritage Phase II P42DC, forwards train 95 past Long Bridge Park in Arlington, VA on its run to Norfolk, VA. A few minutes earlier the 130 had taken over for the ACS-64 that brought train 95 down from Boston to Washington. Not sure why the black paint looks so much rougher on the engineers side, but it certainly seems due to a touchup.
