The Otter Valley Railroad was a short-lived (1977-78) tourist line operating on four miles of Clarendon & Pittsford trackage out of Proctor, VT. Its sole locomotive was an ex-B&M Alco S3 numbered "One", seen awaiting departure from Proctor.
