Destruction of Tracks near Big Indian Bridge (MP 36.85)

Under the guise of an emergency bridge repair, without CMRR consent Ulster County removed 540 feet of track, ties, and even the subgrade pushing it into the creek to make a ramp. This is at MP 36.85 looking west towards the bridge at Lasher Road. Note how the ties were just shoved to the side and not even picked up. The DURR had expressed interest in restoring this section of the line, but were turned down by the County.
