New York Central No. 3 was recently chartered from New York to the Greenbrier Resort at White Sulphur Springs, WV, riding behind Amtrak's Cardinal. Here the car is taking on passengers for the return leg of the trip back to NYC. Car owner Lovett Smith is climbing down from the car to help passengers board.
