The worktrain is dumping fill at MP 24.55. Just behind this at MP 24.56 is where the clogged culvert that created the washout exists. The overflow channel on the left was supposed to take overflow to the bridge at MP 24.5, but for some reason the water decided to cut a new path across our tracks at MP 24.53.
