Joe Marsh and Dick Wilhelm work on the Empire State Railway Museum's car mover, which is being repaired by the CMRR. It will be borrowed to help us move our cars in storage west of Kingston to operable track where the CMRR's RS-1 can then take them to Cornell Street yard.
