Paper Brake

Just east of the Brownville Junction yard, NBSR's eastbound is stopped at the railroad's local office for paper work. The biggest deal about this is the power is "smart control" equipped. After about five minutes of idling, the locos will automatically shut down. However, within seconds, they can be restarted and move on. At the entrance of the water treatment plant, GP38 9801 looked pretty sweet in its new paint.
