Here is the Norfolk Southern unit that I mentioned in my previous entry: #5283 [GP38-2].

The Port Newark Yard is undergoing significant expansion, and many new sidings are being laid by Railroad Construction Company of New Jersey.

The Port Newark Yard is under the ownership of Conrail Shared Assets Operations, with CSX and NS performing switching and train handling..
