Becoming a Photo Archive Member

To contribute photographs to the GreatRails Photo Archives, you must first become an Photo Archive member by completing and submitting the form below. Memberships is free and it takes only a few seconds to sign up. Your member account can be used to contribute photographs to all 5 of the Photo Archive web sites ( North American, New England, Model Railroad, Transit, and Virtual Rails. )

You do not need to become a member to view photographs in the archive, only to contribute photos.

Login ID:		Please select a login ID. Your login ID is what you will need to enter each time you contribute a photograph, so the system will know who you are. It should be something short (maximum 12 characters), and easy for you to remember. It may contain letters and numbers only, no other characters or spaces. Good examples are "jeffm", or "trains202".
Password:		Please select a password. Your password is your "secret key" that keeps other people from being able to contribute photographs under your name. It should be something easy for you to remember, but difficult for other people to guess. A good example might be "tippy*73".

E-Mail Address:		Please enter your e-mail address. This address MUST be valid, as a confirmation e-mail will be sent to it before your new member ID is activated.

The information below will be visible to visitors of the Photo Archive when they view your photographs. Most of it is optional, but recommended.

First Name:		Please enter your real first name. Please note that phoney names such as "Bugs Bunny" are not acceptable, and that the Photo Archive maintainer may remove the member IDs and photographs of anyone contributing photos using such a name.
Last Name:		Please enter your real last name. If your name includes a title such as "Jr" or "III", include it as part of your last name, and it wil be displayed properly within the Photo Archive.

City: *		Please enter the city or town you are from.
State: *		Please enter the state you are from. You may enter it as a two-letter abbreviation or the full state name. Non-US members may enter their state, province, or other similar information here.
Country: *		Please enter the country you are from, i.e. "United States", "Canada", etc.
Do you already have an account on this web site? If you already have an account and create another account anyway, the Photo Archive mainter will DELETE your old account and ALL PHOTOS ASSOCIATED WITH IT. Please make sure that you do not already have an account. If have lost your password or forgotten your Login ID, or are having trouble contributing photos, please try the Lost Password Retrieval Form or contact the Photo Archive maintainer for assistance. He will be happy to help out. Yes, I already have an account. I will contact the site owner for assistance. No, I do not have an account. You have permission to permanently delete my old account and all of it's photos if I do.
